Cancellation Policy

Credence pathways Terms and Conditions: Agreeing to service will require each person agreeing to communicate in-person, via phone, email, text, and virtually. Sessions in-person, phone calls, and virtual vary from 30 mins to 60 mins. Payment: Payment can be paid using debit card, credits card, or PayPal. Bank NSF returns will be a $40 charged in addition to possible service cancellation as applied. Refunds: Coaching/Programs/Masterminds: Full refunds are available if cancelled 48 hours before first session. Cancellations 30 days before the program is completed 50% of sessions can be refunded. DISC Personality Assessments are non-refundable. Late, Cancellations and Reschedule: Sessions 10 minutes late will be rescheduled for a time convenient for all. Cancellations are to be made 48 hours in advance via text or email. Emergency cancellations must be a call with a text message or email. After two cancellations, late and or reschedule sessions services can be discontinued.
